Mary Cauffman
For over three decades, Fortune 1,000 organizations have turned to Mary Cauffman for strategic guidance on how to apply learning and performance development solutions to achieve their business goals. Mary develops strong, ensuring partnerships with clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business challenges and recommending the most effective learning and performance development solutions. Her strategic direction and insight have helped organizations across the pharmaceutical, information technology, financial, communications, and other industries achieve outstanding results.
Prior to co-founding iQue Group in 2009, Mary held senior-level account management roles with various learning and development providers and led the domestic sales organization for a newly launching virtual classroom product. She holds a B.A. in organizational dynamics from Immaculata University.
John Gray
John Gray has focused solely on driving people performance throughout a career that spans 30+ years—first as an educator, then as a learning and development professional helping organizations leverage their most important resource. As an iQue Group partner, he ensures the company continually builds out its consulting network, capabilities, and services to align with client needs.
Prior to co-founding iQue Group in 2009, he served as director of a performance improvement firm where he created a highly successful outsourcing strategy and led sales operations for a major technology-based L&D solution for a global online skill development company. John holds a B.S. in secondary education from Penn State University and an M.S. in administration with a concentration in training and development from West Chester University.
