Mary Cauffman,

Managing Partner
For two decades, Fortune 1,000 organizations have relied on Mary Cauffman for strategic guidance in the use of learning and performance development solutions that best fit their business needs. As the co-founder of iQue Group, an award-winning and rapidly growing learning and development company now in its 13th year, Mary develops successful long-term relationships with her clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business issues and offering the most appropriate solutions through the company’s Talent Management Practice and Learning and Development Practice. Mary’s strategic direction and insight continually helps organizations in the pharmaceutical, information technology, financial, communications, and other industries attain their goals through learning and development projects that achieve outstanding results. Under her leadership, the company has garnered the prestigious Brandon Hall Awards for two clients in the last several years. In previous account management roles with Performance Development Group, SkillSoft, Smartforce, and National Education Training Group, Mary has helped numerous global companies solve their challenges and achieve their goals through the most effective learning and performance consulting solutions. She also led the domestic sales organization for a new and innovative virtual classroom product. Mary holds a B.A. in organizational dynamics from Immaculata University.

   
John Gray

For more than 20 years, John Gray has focused solely on driving people performance – first as an educator and then as a learning professional in the corporate world, helping numerous organizations leverage their most important resource: people. From improving selling skills to helping managers become better coaches, from streamlining processes to increasing worker production, John focuses first on aligning the intervention with the business need. As director of a performance improvement firm, John created a highly successful outsourcing strategy that enabled the group to quickly define needs, identify and assess resources, and make effective placements. He spent seven years at SkillSoft Corporation, eventually leading the sales operations for a new virtual classroom product. John holds a B.S. in secondary education and an M.S. in administration with a concentration in training and development.

iQue Group’s Consulting team is broken into two categories, Core Consultants, and Network of Specialists. Our Core Consultants (including Practice Leads) work with our clients throughout the life of a project, pulling in content specialists at the appropriate times. This approach combines senior level consulting expertise with content and domain specific experience, ensuring the BEST alignment of resources.
